Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for Cloudilic services, including both Dragify platform subscriptions and custom project engagements.

1. Dragify Subscriptions (SaaS)

1.1 Subscription

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Once a subscription period has started, all paid amounts are non-refundable.

1.2 Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Access to the platform remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

1.3 Billing Errors

In the event of an incorrect charge or technical billing error, users must contact us within 7 days of the charge date for review and correction.

2. Custom Projects (One-Time Payment)

2.1 Before Project Execution

If a project is canceled before the actual work begins, a partial refund may be issued—after deducting any costs already incurred (such as consultations, research, analysis, or planning).

2.2 After Project Execution Begins

Once a project has started or a dedicated team has been assigned, no refunds will be issued.
Any completed or delivered work phase is considered non-refundable.

2.3 Project Scope

Refunds are not applicable for requests that fall outside the agreed project scope or arise from client expectations not explicitly stated in the signed agreement.

3. Exceptions

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Misuse of the product or failure to follow usage instructions
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late data submission, delayed approvals, or missing feedback)
  • Changes to project requirements after work has started

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients must send a formal request via email including:

  • Client or company name
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for the request
